The UFAA Group E&O Program is different
Better coverage for less money

Since the UFAA E&O program’s inception in 2009, we have issued thousands of new business and renewal policies to agencies such as yours. The UFAA Errors and Omissions (E&O) program, offers previously unavailable choices and protection for your agency, and your livelihood. Information is gathered from agents all over the country and the program is developed on potential trends and solutions available to you. The UFAA E&O program provides broader coverage, one-on-one risk management, claims and operational privacy, and requires your approval to settle any claim. Unlike your current carrier sponsored agent’s E&O program, the UFAA E&O program covers a captive agent’s most common mistake, failure to provide an available captive carrier coverage.

Not a one-size-fits-all policy

In your current the carrier sponsored program, agencies in a given area with the same policy limits, pay the same premium whether their agency is large or small — even if they have no prior or multiple claims. The UFAA program saves you money because you don’t pay for a “one-size-fits-all” program. The program rates each agency on its own claims history and operations. Only agencies with favorable loss histories are accepted.

KDIB will help you avoid the pitfalls

It’s so easy to miss the details when you don’t know what you don’t know. You want to protect your agency in the most cost-efficient way and you don’t want any hassle.

As a new captive agent back in 1981, I signed my E&O coverage without a second thought, never looking beyond the folio deduction and the limit of coverage. Since then I’ve witnessed the problems caused by assuming you are covered by your captive carrier group E&O. I’ve seen agents lose a lot of productivity and money when they thought they were covered. I don’t want to see this happen to you and your business.

Our goal is to help you avoid these risks while saving you money — without fear of retaliation from the sponsor of your group coverage plan.

Through the UFAA-sponsored Group E&O program, we can offer coverage options that were previously unavailable to you as a captive agency owner. We can help you avoid pitfalls — and we can do so while saving you money on premiums.
