The availability of the proposed agent's association plan is subject to meeting the minimum requirements for the number of qualified applicants, the proposed insurance carrier's final acceptance and agreement to provide common policy terms and individual cost terms for exclusive agents of Farmers Group Inc. who are members of the United Farmers Agents Association. The conditions described for the proposed plan provided by the United Farmers Agents Association have been tentatively approved by the proposed insurance carrier and is subject to its final acceptance.

Your qualification for coverage is subject to meeting agency operational standards and loss history requirements as established by the proposed plan carrier, Farmers Group, Inc. having the first right of refusal for all applicants for insurance by your agency and membership in the United Farmers Agents Association. Not all applicants may qualify.

You are not required to pay premium, enroll in the risk management plan or join the association to submit an application for coverage. If you are provided coverage terms and wish to bind coverage when offered you will be required to maintain at least limited membership in the United Farmers Agents Association, enroll in the provided Alpine Risk Management Plan and pay your premium.
