All participant's application and claim information is treated as confidential. This site will not be used for any solicitation purposes other than the Errors & Omissions Insurance program described.

The availability and binding of coverage in the United Farmers Agents Association Errors & Omissions Insurance Plan is subject to the plan underwriting guidelines and final acceptance of the plan carrier. These requirements include meeting agency operational standards and loss history requirements as established by the plan carrier. Not all applicants may qualify.
If you are approved for and wish to bind coverage you will be required to:
- Maintain at least limited membership in the United Farmers Agents Association while covered under this plan.
- Supply a valid e-mail address that you monitor on a regular basis and accept all written notices and communications by e-mail.
- Have, in at least the first year of participation in the plan, a captive or exclusive agency appointment agreement with Farmers Group, Inc. providing Farmers the first right of refusal for all applicants for insurance by your agency.
- Complete the Alpine Risk Management Plan loss control survey (which is not a test, an application of coverage or used in underwriting or claims) within 60 days of binding coverage in your first year of plan coverage.
- Pay your premium by either electronic bank draft (eCheck) or credit card.
